Pricing questions, answered plainly

What is the difference between AI Credits and Cloud Credits?

AI Credits are spent when the AI plans, writes and tests your app and when the build sandbox runs. Cloud Credits are spent when your published apps serve visitors — requests, CPU time, bandwidth, storage and database. Keeping them apart means a busy month of traffic never eats your building budget.

Which plan do I need?

Free is for trying it properly — the sign-up credits are enough for a first real app. Builder suits one live site you keep tweaking. Pro is for a product you iterate on every week and that has an audience. Studio is for agencies running several client projects at once. You can move between them at any time.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You get a warning while there is still headroom. When a balance reaches zero, new work does not start rather than billing you for it, and you can top up or upgrade to continue. Published apps get a grace period before they are paused.

Do unused credits roll over?

On a paid plan, yes. What you do not spend this month stays available, up to three times your monthly grant — so a quiet month builds a buffer for the busy one, without letting it pile up forever. On Free the monthly allowance resets.

Do top-up credits expire?

No. Credits you buy stay on your account while it is active, including if you cancel a subscription. Monthly plan allowances are the part that resets each month.

Is a top-up better value than a bigger plan?

No — a plan is always the cheaper way to buy credits, and the larger the top-up pack the closer it gets. Top-ups exist for the month that runs hot without you wanting to change plan, and the credits stay on your account afterwards.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your billing page, with no phone call and no retention maze. Your projects and any credits you bought stay with you; you simply return to the Free allowance.

Do you need a credit card for the Free plan?

No. The Free plan is not a trial: you get a batch of AI Credits when you sign up, a fresh allowance every month after that, Cloud Credits for your published app, and nothing expires after two weeks.

Can I use my own domain on the Free plan?

Free projects publish to a yourname.on-fulta.com address. Custom domains, with automatic DNS and SSL, start on Builder — Pro allows up to five per project and Studio up to fifteen.
